Konrad Psychotherapy
Therapy for adults who want to heal or deepen their connection with themselves, their body, and their community, while seeking a life that feels authentic and intentional.
Hi, I’m Shay (she/her). I am a therapist based in Vancouver and I am registered with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors (RCC #25113).
I am a relational psychotherapist grounded in attachment-focused, non-judgemental, and collaborative practices. I approach this work through an anti-oppressive and systemic lens which aims to honour your lived experience and recognize how your inner life, relational experiences, and broader systems can interact with wellbeing.
I take an integrative and collaborative approach to therapy drawing primarily from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), parts work, relational therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My hope is to provide a space where you feel seen and supported, and where you can deepen your understanding of yourself, shift old patterns, and live more authentically and intentionally.
I’m so glad you’re here.
